March thru October: $125/night (2 night minimum)
November thru February:

Friday and Saturday: $99/night
Sunday thru Thursday: $85.00/night

Rent five nights and get the sixth night free.

Rental fee is subject to a 9.25% Tennessee sales tax. A $100 deposit is required for all reservations.

We accept Cash and Personal Checks.
Must allow seven working days for personal check deposits to clear.

Check-out by 11:00am Check-in 2:00pm--9:00pm or by Special Arrangement.
Renter is required to leave cabin reasonably clean, wash dishes and take out trash.
Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to your reservation.
